Yes, that’s right! Cookies made with boxed cake mix! These cookies are so delicious you won’t want to stop eating them. Best of all, they are super easy to make. This recipe is foolproof!
1 (18.5 oz.) package yellow cake mix
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Pour the cake mix into a large bowl. Make a well in the center, add peanut butter, oil, eggs, and water. Mix until well blended. Mix in chocolate chips thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cookies set on cookie sheet for 2 to 3 minutes before carefully removing from the cookie sheet to cool on wire racks.

You are not helping me lose weight BFJ! They sure sound good though
Sorry Jen! They are REALLY good though!!
Oh I am so NOT making these! So many favorites in one package: cookies, pb, chocolate. Sigh. But I am going to send this to my son away at college; he might find this just perfect:)
Your son and his friends would love these! Good idea
Those look so good! I'm trying this recipe. I have never made cookies with a cake mix before..interesting.
Im trying them right now. My grandmother used to make soft chocolate chip cookies with cake mix when I was a kid. Loved them. I figure pb can only make them better!
