If you read my last post, you know that I was not getting along with Facebook. I forgot my password and they were taking forever to help me get back into my account. I was definitely NOT impressed with their customer service.
I waited and waited on an email from them to give me a new password. After almost 36 hours, I finally received the email and I was so incredibly happy. I was really worried they forgot all about me and I was going to have to open a new account. The problem wasn’t going to be that I couldn’t get into my personal account, it was that I would lose my Facebook fan page for Heavenly Mommy and all my BFF’s on there.
I just want to say thank you so much for those of you who gave me advice or made comments about what I should do. From what I heard from my readers, this happens all the time and Facebook needs to work on getting some quicker customer service! Until then, we will all have to put up with their lack of urgency. I just hope I never need their help again!
